Our new cell hybrid batteries and rebuild kits are covered under a comprehensive "No Hassle" warranty. If your battery fails under normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost for the parts.
Remanufactured Hybrid Batteries & Rebuild Kits
Coverage Duration
12 Months or 15,000 Miles (whichever comes first)
Our remanufactured hybrid batteries and rebuild kits are built using proprietary diagnostic technology and top-quality balanced cells. They are covered under our "No Hassle" warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Certified Hybrid Battery.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation (if not installed by our certified technicians).
- Damage due to accidents, collisions, fire, theft, freezing, vandalism, riot, explosion, or objects striking the vehicle.
- Misuse of the vehicle, such as driving over curbs, overloading, or using the vehicle as a stationary power source.
- Alteration, modification, or tampering with the battery pack.
- Failure to maintain the vehicle according to the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule.
How to Make a Claim
If you suspect an issue with your battery under warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at 1-714-609-5064 immediately upon noticing an issue.
- Provide your original invoice number and vehicle mileage.
- Do not attempt to open, repair, or tamper with the battery pack yourself, as this will void the warranty.
- Our team will guide you through the diagnostic process and arrange for inspection or replacement if necessary.
